REALTOR Safety – Selling safely

Over the years, we have had a number of close calls here at RPE. This is the time of year where showing increase, it is daylight later into the evenings and showings at 7-9pm are more common.

What does all of this mean? Simple. There is more chance of REALTORS being caught off guard in unsafe circumstances.

NAR has published a great resource page on their site at REALTOR.org. Here is the link to it. On this page you will find MANY stories of REALTORS who had close calls (or worse) and what they do now to keep themselves safe while selling real estate.

Please take a few minutes to read though some of these resources. They offer good suggestions that could (literally) save you someday.
