Blogging Lunch with Eric This Tuesday

The blogging lunch this week is going to be fun. I am going to show you a new tool, picked up from my friend and fellow blogger Teri Lussier that you will find fascinating. It converts your blog (along with any other RSS feeds or website articles that you choose-and EASILY, I might add…) into a newsletter. This is a slick piece of equipment that can truly add traffic to your blog or site and $$$ to your pocket. 

Tech Session Thursday 10am and 2pm

We will be covering 3 ways to differentiate yourself with Listing Presentations and 3 ways to HOOK sellers by giving them what they want. Here’s a hint: It all comes from either GLAR or from REMAX.net or from our Worksite. It is easy to do stuff that may well just make you some money!

Business starting to pick up!!!

We are starting to see more and more business happen throughout the first part of March. It is none too soon! Word around the office is that more agents are showing more homes and contracts are starting to come in.

As tough as the recent months have been, the bright spot has been that we at RE/MAX Properties East seem to be doing better than our competitors at finding clients and closings. The figures that Harrell shared at the February office meeting showed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in market share for REMAX collectively and for RPE as an office.

What is Social Networking? Training at GLAR this Tuesday (March 10th) with Eric

This Tuesday at 9am, GLAR will have an hour long training on Social Networking, what it is, and some ideas on using it effectively as a business tool. Eric will be teaching the class along with 2 other REALTORS. If you have time and would like to learn the basics of social networking (and you missed the Tech Sessions we have held on it a few months ago, then here’s an opportunity to catch up.

We will be discussing what tools are available, talking about the demographics of the web. (Hint: It is not just kids anymore…) We will also discuss how not to get stuck in unprofitable, time wasting activities, which is a key to effectively using these tools in a business setting.

What is Campaigns PLUS?

Campaigns PLUS is REMAX Internatioanal’s new DRIP email and customer follow up tool on REMAX.net. Does it work? YES. Is it easy? YES. Many of the agents in our office are starting to use this new tool to save money and contact their sphere more efficiently and effectively.

This truly is a win for agents in our office. We are anxious to help you roll it out and use it with YOUR database as well. Please contact Rachel or Eric if you have not yet implemented campaigns PLUS and want to know what to do!
