Guess what?
You can now search Any Home from Any Phone! (Yes, this means that your buyers can look at other brokers’ listings and get the listing price and other MLS info just by typing the street address! This is a GREAT new feature that will allow you to:

Retain Interent Leads more effectively.
Retain Buyer clients and allow them to drive by houses and get information without being “bugged” by other REALTORS.
Expand your sphere.
Have a great reason to contact past/present clients.

We covered this new system on Thurday of last week. If you were not able to make it. PLEASE show up for the workshops where we will set you up IN CLASS. Quick. Easy. Effective.

Tuesday December 16th, 2008 2pm Upstairs Training Center.

Thursday December 18th, 2008 10am and 2pm Upstairs Training Center.

For right now, NO other local brokerage is using this technology…that will change when they see how effective it is. Come get the jump on 2009!

And thanks, Harrell for continuing to support agents with the BEST technology tools on the market.

RPE Agent Appreciation Day a huge success!

If you missed RE/MAX Properties East Agent Appreciation Day at the office, you truly missed out! We KNOW that agents often go unnapreciated, under-respected, and that they work in an often stressful industry. With that in mind RPE hosted people ranging from a massage therapist to cooking demonstrations (with samples!) in our lobby.

Just the thing to help make some of the stress go away and help show our hard working agents a little appreciation!

Here are some photos!

Although real estate has had it’s challenges in 2008, RE/MAX Properties East agents and staff realize just how lucky they really are. This year we decided to adopt 50 angels from the Salvation Army Angel Tree.

As you might expect we never do anything halfway at RPE so our Broker/Owner, Harrell Tague decided to go out and buy even MORE presents for the children who still needed to be adopted. Thanks everyone for being so generous in your support.

Here’s a picture of the heartwarming results!

This week’s Tech Session – Video, Facebook & your Sphere.

This week’s Tech Session is a really neat look at how people are using video to market. And I have a neat little piece of equipment that makes it easier than ever. We will also talk about using Facebook to connect with people and expand your sphere of influence with very little effort.

HERE’S THE DEAL: I need one person who has NEVER used Facebook before to email me back. First one gets a one hour PERSONAL setup in Facebook with me, where we help you reconnect to many of your sphere that you may have lost track of. We will need to do this Tuesday, so if you have time Tuesday and want to participate, be the first person to email me : eric@homesinlouisville.com . You will be glad you did!

FOR THE REST OF US: (grin)

If you come Thursday, I will show you what we did for the agent who emails in first. It is EASY and COSTS you NOTHING except a little time and effort. Truly is amazing stuff. I look forward to seeing you there!
