Debbie Hovious

Debbie Hovious is very excited to be at RPE so she can take her career to the next level.  Previously affiliated with Semonin Realtors, Debbie has been in the business for 8 years.  Before real estate, she was in office equipment sales.  Debbie has two daughters, Chloe, 9 and Kylie, 7, and two guinea pigs.  Enjoys bicycling, reading, and shopping (what woman doesn’t?) when not working.  While working, you can find her upstairs in the office next to Jeanie Wimsatt.  Welcome Debbie!

Jason Browning

Jason Browning is the latest agent to join the RPE team.  He has been in the business since 1997 and has been affiliated with Century 21 and Dominion Homes.  Jason is a newlywed and has been married to his wife, Natalie, for almost two years and they are very excited that they are expecting their first baby in November!  Jason enjoys to play the game of golf whenever he is not selling or listing real estate, and hanging out with his other “girl”, Molly (his Labrador).  Welcome Jason!

Jeff Hurst

Jeff Hurst joined RPE in August after being affiliated with Semonin Realtors for 4 years.  Before Jeff started his adventure in real estate he was in corporate human resources for 23 years.  Jeff has four children: Stephanie, 18; Jordan, 15; Dean, 10; and Autumn, 8. He also has a four-legged child, Bailey, who is a miniature wiener dog.  Jeff also enjoys fishing, basketball, and volleyball.  We’re glad he’s here and we know he will be a great asset to the team!

Alan Passmore

RPE welcomes Alan Passmore (no relation to Pat Passmore J).  Alan used to be in construction sales and then decided to get his real estate license.  He was previously affiliated with Semonin Realtors before making the decision to join our office a few years later because he loves the market recognition of RPE. Alan and his wife, Leora, have been married for 3 years and they have 2 four-legged children; Gonzo and Sensi.  A few of Alan’s hobbies are cycling, hiking, backpacking, and photography.

Welcome Back Reva Morris!

RE/MAX Properties East welcomes back Reva Morris!  She joined our office in 1989 and was with us for 12 years until she left in 2001 when she transferred to RE/MAX Action First.  Reva has three children: Chuck, Stacy, and Kari and also has three beautiful grandchildren.  She enjoys bicycling, walking, reading, and most of all traveling with her husband Wayne.  It’s great to have her part of the team again!

RPE Welcomes Debbie Rood!

Debbie Rood has been in real estate since 2005.  She used to be affiliated with Semonin Realtors.  Debbie has two children: Josh, 28 and Jordan, 25.  She is very excited about joining RE/MAX Properties East and the national recognition is one of the biggest factors that made her decide to make the move!  Welcome Debbie!

Welcome Ed Williamson (& Team)!

Ed Williamson is originally from Louisville but lived in Los Angeles for 13 years and worked for Universal Studios and IMAX Corporation as a lighting tech/engineer for film and television.  He even had a small role in the first Austin Powers movie!  He got his real estate license in California in 1995, then moved back to Louisville in 2005 and got his KY real estate license. He affiliated with Semonin Realtors where he was a Top Producer and #1 at Office Level.   He received his Broker’s license in 2007, and also has an auctioneer license.  Since moving back to Louisville, Ed has been involved with many GLAR committees.  He has been married to his wife, Lorie, for almost 11 years and has 3 young daughters: Elise, Sierra, and Loren.  When asked about his hobbies Ed said he doesn’t get much free time outside of real estate, Barbie dolls, and diapers!  He’s glad to be here among the “heavy hitters” and “mega agents”.  Welcome!

Welcome Cathy Francow!

Cathy Francow has been married to her husband, David, for 22 years and they have three children: Joshua, 17; Lindsay, 15; and Rebecca, 12.  She used to be affiliated with Semonin Realtors and then learned about the RE/MAX concept and decided to make the move.  She loves reading, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. We’re glad she’s here!

RPE Welcomes Trish Walker!

Trish Walker has been in real estate for 9 years and has previously been affiliated with RE/MAX Alliance and Renaissance Realty Consultants.  She was only with Renaissance Realty Consultants for a short time and decided that if she was going to continue to be successful in real estate then she needed to be with the best!  In her spare time, she enjoys camping at Lake Cumberland and exercising.  This past year Trish lost 30 pounds! She also enjoys spending time with her only daughter and two grandchildren.  She is very excited to be here and has truly appreciated the warm welcome that the agents and staff have given her!

Welcome Kim Miller!

Kim Miller has been in real estate for 12 years and was previously with Semonin Realtors and RE/MAX Alliance.  She has been married for 26 years and has a son, Nick, who attends Western Kentucky University.  Kim also has a four-legged child, Daisy, who is a yellow lab and keeps her company.  She loves to decorate and also is a CASA volunteer in Bullitt County.  Kim chose to join RPE because of the support staff and technology and says her former offices do not even compare to this office!  We’re glad she’s here!!
